ü  Excitation sources: (a) 532 nm (100 mW)785 nm (100mW) 325nm (25mW)

ü   Microscope Objectives: 10x,50x,100x and 40x,15x for UV laser

ü  XYZ Motorized stage for confocal Raman Imaging/Mapping with Single step size

 resolution of 100 nm in XY direction and 10 nm in Z direction.

ü  It supports temperature dependent photoluminescence and Raman measurements from 77K to 873K
